Return & Exchange
At Nevo Suits, we want you to feel exceptional in what you wear. If the fit isn't quite right, or if you simply change your mind, we are here to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Please try on your garment before removing this tag. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the Security Tag remains attached and intact. If the tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the item is considered "worn" and is final sale.
You have 14 days from the date your package is marked as "Delivered" to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- Free of any scents (perfume, smoke, body odor) or makeup marks.
- Returned with all original packaging (The Signature Box, garment bag, hanger) and accessories.
- Security Tag must be attached.
- Returns for Refund: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Exchanges: We offer Free Shipping on your first exchange (e.g., swapping for a different size).
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Every Nevo Suits shipment is 100% Insured.
- Lost in Transit? If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement immediately or offer a full refund.
- Damaged on Arrival? Please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to support@nevosuit.com. We will arrange a free replacement.
At Nevo Suits, we move with precision to ensure your attire is event-ready. Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 24-Hour Grace Period: You are eligible for a 100% full refund for any cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
- Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Items (After 24 Hours): Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters the Preparation Phase. At this stage, our team initiates The Nevo Protocol, which includes professional steam-pressing, sanitization, and signature packaging. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 15% Restocking & Sanitization Fee.
- Made-to-Order (MTO) Items (After 24 Hours): For our handcrafted Tier-4 collection, our master tailors begin hand-cutting your exclusive fabric after 24 hours. Consequently, cancellations for MTO items after this window will incur a 30% Material & Crafting Fee.
To guarantee that every customer receives a pristine, hygienic, and brand-new masterpiece, we adhere to a strict quality seal protocol.

The Red Security Tag (Mandatory): Every Nevo garment is shipped with a high-visibility Yellow Security Tag.

Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted if this tag remains intact and attached to the garment.
- Removing or re-attaching the tag immediately voids your eligibility for a return or exchange.

- 14-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Pristine Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any garment that has been altered (e.g., hemmed trousers) or shows signs of wear will not be accepted.
Please do not send items back without approval.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving approval.
