This website is operated by Nevo Suits. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - THE NEVO PROTOCOL & HANDCRAFTED QUALITY

Our Made-to-Order collection is handcrafted based on individual orders. By purchasing an MTO item, you acknowledge that crafting and inspection require 5–10 business days before shipment. All items are professionally steam-pressed and sanitized before delivery.

SECTION 3 - PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices may change without notice. We make every effort to accurately display product colors and images, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of color.

Note on Separates: Dinner Jacket products are sold as jacket only unless explicitly stated as a 2-Piece or 3-Piece Set.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS & FEES

  • Within 24 Hours: 100% full refund for all orders.
  • After 24 Hours (Ready-to-Wear): A 15% Restocking & Sanitization Fee is deducted from the refund.
  • After 24 Hours (Made-to-Order): Our tailors begin hand-cutting your exclusive fabric, so we are unable to accept cancellations.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & NEVO SHIELD™ PROTECTION

Every order is protected by complimentary Nevo Shield™ coverage. Any package lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional cost. Risk of loss passes to you only upon successful delivery to the address provided.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & THE SECURITY TAG SEAL

Returns are accepted only if the Security Tag remains intact and attached. Removing or re-attaching the tag voids return and exchange rights. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
