This website is operated by Nevo Suits. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nevo Suits. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - THE NEVO PROTOCOL & HANDCRAFTED QUALITY

Nevo Suits specializes in premium formalwear. Our Made-to-Order (MTO) collection is handcrafted based on individual orders. By purchasing an MTO item, you acknowledge the 7-14 day crafting timeline required before shipment. All items are processed under The Nevo Protocol, which includes professional steam-pressing and sanitization prior to delivery.

SECTION 3 - PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Note on Separates: Products listed under the "Dinner Jacket" category are Sold as Separates (Jacket Only) unless explicitly stated as a 2-Piece or 3-Piece Set.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS & FEES

Because our fulfillment and crafting processes begin promptly, the following fees apply to cancellations:

  • Within 24 Hours: 100% full refund for all orders.
  • After 24 Hours (Ready-to-Wear): A 15% Restocking & Sanitization Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover labor and material costs.
  • After 24 Hours (Made-to-Order): A 30% Material & Crafting Fee will be deducted as the hand-cutting process for your exclusive fabric has commenced.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & NEVO SHIELD™ PROTECTION

Every order from Nevo Suits is automatically protected by Nevo Shield™. This complimentary coverage ensures that any package lost or damaged in transit will be replaced by us at no additional cost to you. Risk of loss passes to you only upon successful delivery to the address provided.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & THE SECURITY TAG SEAL

Our return policy is strictly governed by the Red Security Tag protocol.
Returns are ONLY accepted if the Red Security Tag remains intact and attached to the garment. Removal or re-attachment of the tag voids all return and exchange rights. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
