Use a soft tape. Measure directly on the body or over a thin shirt.

1. Shoulder

Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other. Keep the tape horizontal.

2. Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep a finger inside for comfort.

3. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline (navel level). Breathe normally; do not suck in.

4. Sleeve

From the shoulder seam straight down to the wrist bone. Keep your arm relaxed.

5. Length

From the highest point of the shoulder (neck base) down to the thumb knuckle.
