1. Processing & Shipping Timelines

In-Stock Items (Ready to Wear)

Order Processing (1–3 Business Days): Each piece is inspected, professionally steam-pressed, sanitized, and packed in our Signature Box.

Global Shipping (4–6 Business Days): Delivery via DHL/FedEx Express.

Estimated Total Time: 5–9 Business Days.

Made-to-Order Items (Crafted For You)

Crafting Phase (5–10 Business Days): Our tailors cut and sew the fabric exclusively for your order.

Global Shipping (4–6 Business Days): Shipped via DHL/FedEx Express immediately after finishing.

Total Wait: Approx. 2–3 weeks.

2. Shipping Costs

• Orders $299.99 and up: Free Express Shipping (Worldwide).
• Orders Under $299.99: Flat rate $20 worldwide.

3. Fully Insured Delivery

Every package is 100% insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you do not receive your package, please contact support@nevosuit.com for an immediate replacement.

4. Tracking & Duties

Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country, unless stated otherwise.
